Not exactly what I expected

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities.

Unfortunately, there were significant issues with the shuttle service. I experienced long waits and confusion regarding the schedule, making my arrival quite stressful.

Consider requesting a room away from common areas to reduce noise during your stay.

Rooms were touted as clean, yet ours had some cleanliness issues. Additionally, parking fees were a headache. The vibe is nice, but when it comes to comfort and service, this place falls short. Suggest looking for better options.

my room had a big spider on the bed. yikes! but the airport shuttle was super helpful,, and the indoor pool was nice to relax in after a long flight. also, the staff was really accommodating during my stay! 🕷️✈️

The service was attentive, making me feel welcomed upon arrival. The room had good amenities like a fridge and microwave, which made my stay convenient. The fitness center had equipment that exceeded my expectations!....  

Can't recommend highly enough for a fleeting trip

Comfortable room, essential amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool and a free 22-hour airport shuttle service made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

I stayed for 1 night in a King Room with Hearing Access. The shuttle service was top-notch and the breakfast was cooked perfectly, but I found a large spider on my bed.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, though there were

several hiccups during my stay. The ice machines were both out of order, and I had issues with my shower. Overall, the cleanliness was below expectations, which was disappointing given the hotel's reputation.

The staff provided exceptional service, especially Rob, the general manager, who took the time to address and resolve issues with my HHonors account. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, including a coffee maker, microwave,...  

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

I stayed one night in the room, and while the lobby was inviting, the room had a musty smell and needed better cleaning. The staff's recommendation for Lickety Split was a highlight—great Southern food just a short walk away! Consider checking the room thoroughly before settling in.

This hotel was a decent choice near the airport, with a clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly, but the cleanliness wasn't up to par, with leftover soap and dust in the bathroom. The breakfast situation felt misleading, too, leading to an unexpected charge.
